TalentShake HR Helpline is an interactive knowledge base served via email. It is designed to automatically answer common HR-related questions by referencing your uploaded HR policies. It's built to alleviate the manual question-answering workload from HR teams, allowing them to concentrate on more strategic initiatives.

3. Use of the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

While TalentShake HR Helpline strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the information, products, services, or related graphics contained in the service for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will TalentShake HR Helpline be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this service.

You agree to indemnify and hold TalentShake HR Helpline, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms of Services, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms of Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TalentShake HR Helpline is registered.

TalentShake HR Helpline reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms of Services under which the service is offered. The most current version of the Terms of Services will supersede all previous versions.
